Nikhil, these are simply gorgeous. Thanks for sharing them. I don't know how long you've been doing this, but you have a great eye for composition. If you ever get bored with software, I'm sure you could make a fine living as a photographer. :-)

Love the photos, and especially the photo albums. Is that a feature of whatever blogging software you use? What do you use for blogging? Thanks.

Hi Nikhil,
Great Photography. You know what.... I was thinking of buying a good digicam, but was reluctant becos of the price tagged. But after seeing your presentation, I guess am determined to buy one sooner or later. Anyway, thanks for the encouragement.

These photos are really great and the best I have seen. I would like to use few of these as my desktop wall papers. Strictly for my personal use. Can you help me?

I own 300D rebel too but very new to it and haven't discovered all the features. Tell me the truth, how many days did it take to learn this camera and could take all these cool pics ? What kind of lens do you use? Can you suggest something from your experience with this camera?
Thx.

Rachit,
I have had the camera for a little over a year. Basically every once in a while I read random bits from random photography books, and try to use those techniques. Theres always more to learn. In fact one of the things I often wish is to be able to re-take the same picture now that I've learnt something new. So I don't know if theres a specific number of days in which one can learn how to use a camera, or photography for that matter.
As far as lenses go, I have a 75-300 mm lens in addition to the standard one that comes with the 300D. I have a Quantaray 90mm that I use sometimes to do macro shots. In addition, a polarizer and UV filter come very handy, and are essential in my opinion. And it helps to have patience (lots). For instance I might spend 20 minutes in the same spot, taking the same picture with different settings. Pretty testing on people who might be around you :-)
